Senator Bernie Sanders (I - VT) introduced a bill that proposes to solve one of America's banking problems. The bill is only two pages long.

The title of the bill is the Too Big To Fail, Too Big To Exist Act.

The simplicity of the bill strikes me hard. I take the hidden message here to mean that any attempt to make the bill bigger than its current state could indicate that the lawmaker attempting to make the revision was likely bought off.
Unless that lawmaker is trying to close a potential loophole, of course...
