- Hola, Alexander! The interview with Chuck works well. Sometimes mughs say a lil more when they are walking the ledge between wakefulness and fatigue. I'll be checking more.
Fo sho, Schmelling and Louis were deep friends. The sad thing is that Schmelling was brought over as the foreign rep for a Coca Cola plant franchise that was breaking ground in Germany. Here was a man who had ties to the Nazi party who became a millionaire through his business association with one of America's iconic soft drink corporations while one of our living breathing icons, Joe Louis, was being dogged by the IRS til he was practically ground to dust. It's a tragedy. America is a beautiful country in many ways but the contradictions do fly.
