I've been debating how I would display. The animation/motion inherent in much of my work doesn't allow for the full impact to come through if shown as single images (although I suspect a wall full of animation keyframes might be interesting.) For me the most reasonable option is to display via HDTV. I have a 47 inch unit that I'm likely going to have to lug down 4 flights of stairs to the space. But I've also been considering purchasing 1-2 Hanspree 28 inch monitors. I'll keep my efforts posted.

in respone to your question, one way could be to keep your photos in digital format. It is a good rule to archieve in print form some how. But in digital or electronic formats you could also create a powerpoint pres. of your photography or post on a wonderful site such as this. The latter means can get you exposed to the thousands as long as links are made to the site.

The former idea could work as a gallery instillation with you images on a screen, or screens. best part is you would take up gallery space and its an easy set up for display......peace

Some of my most favorite humans are painters, sculptors, print makers, curators, etc. Like minds. What would it take, really, to become exhibit ready? I have pile upon pile of 'photogary' with no way to print, frame or expose in some proper and deserving fashion for the purpose of my art's future lives. Artists helping artists. I could imagine another artistic body out there somewhere, in much need of my value and what have you. I would not know where to begin in describing my attributes but together we could come up with something. I need to know how to expose my photography without prints, see my own work in a form other than in my pictures on this laptop. It would be great to plug in my handy dandy printer but I do not have one. It would be awesome to slip one of my photos into a hand crafted one of a kind frame, alas, I do not make them. Anyone who does these things in ways that make them seem easy, can help me. I would do my utmost to repay the favor. Advice is priceless.
I love this site!

I'm a narrative animation artist but the work I do during the live Urb Alt musical shows would likely qualify as Fine Art. Many times I save the work that I do during the live shows so I'll post the animations as opportunities arise.
